My baby girl is growing up!!

Ok, so last night this is what Kyndie learned to do!! We could not get her to go to sleep!! She is on this kick where she will NOT go to sleep when it is bedtime. So last night I told Greg that we were just going to have to let her cry it out and so I go and put her in her bedroom and leave, she just sat in there and played, she was screaming da da da da dada!! Just laughing to her self and talking about dada, so then I told Greg to put the cd player in there so we could play some music for her to go to sleep, so when he went in there he was like "Keelan, come here!" when I went in there she was on her knees peeking over the side of the bed. I held her while he set up the cd player and then once that was done I put her back to bed and we left. She is still talking to herself so I walked by and peeked in and she was on her knees again looking over the side of the bed and I told Greg to go and look at her and when he got there she had pulled up and stood up and was talking and looking over the side of the bed. She learned to pull up and stand up. My baby girl is going to be walking soon!! When Greg looked at her she got this big grin on her face and said dada! So now we have to lower her mattress so that she doesn't fall out. Here are some pictures from today in the pool. It was Kyndie's very first time to swim!

Kyndie is getting sooo big!!! She is doing a lot more things and is into EVERYTHING!! Currently she is in the floor whining because her toy isn't doing what she wants it to and she got bored with it. She is crawling...kinda, it's more in between a bear crawl and an army crawl but it gets her where she wants to go. She will use her elbow and then lunge and get back on her knees and use her elbow and lunge...it's soo cute!! I weighed her the other day and she weighed 19.4 pounds!! She is sooo HEAVY!! I can't believe that she is almost 8 mths old!! Here in just a few short months she will be 1 yrs old!! Seems kinda crazy to me! We will be moving here in the next month or so, we're in the process of buying a trailer house and putting it on some land next to Greg's parents house, just until we can find some land. I can't wait to get out of this apartment!! We have grown out of it fast! Well I have some pictures!!

We learned something new...

So the other day about 2 days ago, little miss busy kyndie learned something new!






Don't ask me how she learned it because I have no idea! Greg had her in the bedroom and he was like "Keelan! Come and look at this!" So I go in there and this is what I see. She is smart! She pulled that drawer out all by herself! It's the biggest drawer on the dresser and heaviest! She also knew how to shut it back! She also does this in the bathroom she knows how to open the cabinet door. In the mornings when I take a shower I put her in her walker and take her into the bathroom with and one day I peeked out of the shower and I saw her opening the cabinet under the sink, but don't worry she can't reach anything!





She looks like she knows what she's doing, doesn't she? She LOVES I mean absolutely loves this computer, or any electronics at that. The remote, my cell phone, the computer...etc. Daddy let her play with it and of course it was off...last time he let her play with it he had it on and she kinda jacked it up until I restarted it.










Ok so Daddy is trying to get her started early! He wants her to be a ball player, so he just had to get her this goal and she loves it! That is Wendy in the picture with her. That's Eric's fiance for those of you who know what I am talking about. Well I think that is all I have for now, but I promise I will try to update sooner.

Mother's Day and a trip to the Zoo

I know I haven't updated in awhile...It has been busy and when I do have time I forget about it, so here is an update and I will try to update more often. So at Kyndie's 6 month she weighed 17 Llbs and 10 Oz and she was 261/4 inches long and she has a big head..it was 43 and so many cm. That was a month ago, she turned 7 mths on the 10th. I'm not sure how much she weighs now, but I will check and then let ya know.

So yesterday was my first Mother's Day and I loved it! We took Kyndie to the Zoo. Of course she is too little right now to understand it and didn't really care but Hubby and I had fun. We went with my sister and Jimmy and the twins and then later my brother Rantz and his wife brought their son. Kyndie slept almost the whole time, but when she wasn't sleeping she was having fun. She got a little bit sunburnt on her face. I put sun block on her, but I guess I didn't reapply enough.

Kyndie is gettin so big! I can't believe that she is already 7 mths! She still doesn't have any teeth, she has one that I can see under the gums, but I have been able to see it for months and it's still not popping through, so I dunno when she will finally get in her teeth, but I wish they would hurry! She is rolling all over the place, and getting into EVERYTHING!! We have had to baby proof the living room. She is getting up on her knees, but no crawling yet. She prolly won't start crawling for awhile because she is a little lazy! She's not worried about it and she will do it when she is ready. I want her to start crawling, but she's hard to keep out of stuff now, so I can't imagine what it's going to be like when she is crawling! Maybe I will finally lose all this baby weight when she does because I will be chasing her down all the time! Well I think that's all for now, but here are some pictures...

Finally Rolling Over!

For starter's I don't think that I mentioned in any of my recent posts that Kyndie is finally rolling over! She has been for a few weeks now but I just forgot to mention it. She rolls all over the place...especially when I am changing her diaper. She does soo many funny things! She is SUCH a JOY and brings laughter to my life daily! I put her into her bed and she puts herself to sleep. We are finally beginning to get into a routine. She naps at least one or two times during the day and then she goes to bed at about 9 or 9:30. First she gives daddy big slobbery kisses and then I get big slobbery kisses, I then put her into her bed and check off our routine...I name them off for her as I do them. First, she gets her binky...then her keys...then I cover her up and then give her the stuffed frog...turn on her music and turn on her monitor then kiss her one more time and tell her I love her and then I turn out the lights. She usually plays for about 10 or 15 minutes and then she sleeps. I check on her like a million times and most of the time when I go in there she has the blanket over her face which I have to remove. I then take the frog and the keys away so she doesn't suffocate on anything. She sleeps through the night for the most part their are some nights that she wakes up at 4 in the morning but that isn't very often. She is a big girl now...she is sitting in high chairs now and just yesterday she grabbed her pawpaw's (Greg's dad) sopapia (sp?). It was funny....I saw her going for it but she was too quick...she had it before I could even say anything. She is grabby and if you don't push your food back she will get it! I believe she is finally getting her bottom tooth...it is poking through a little bit

Today we bought her this toy that is supposed to help her learn how to crawl. It's called the Vtech roll and crawl ball. It is soo neat. Shantel has this ball for Collin and Kyndie played with it a lot when we were over there so I figured we could get her one. So tonight she was playing with it and I looked at her and she was resting her chin on it and watching TV and I did get pictures! It was soo cute!

Happy Easter

We took Kyndie this morning to get her picture taken with the easter bunny. She didn't cry or anything she just sat there and got her picture taken. It didn't phase her one bit. Then when we got her home I took some pictures of her in her Easter dress, it wasn't easy and they are not perfect, but they will do.
